Movie description: "How Can I Repay You? ". Eliza Ibarra is having a snack at a cafe when she takes a bite of her food and coughs. Her coughing gets worse and it quickly becomes clear that she is choking. She looks around frantically for help and gets the attention of her waitress, who can now see what is happening. 'Is anyone here a doctor?! ' she shouts to the patrons of the cafe. Lacy Lennon springs into action, and runs over to the red-faced Eliza, saying out loud that she's a paramedic and will help her. Lacy reaches around her and begins to perform the Heimlich maneuver on her. Eliza's eyes widen as Lacy pumps her one more time, and the Heimlich is finally successful, and the piece of food is dislodged from her throat. She collapses into the arms of Lacy, looking up at her savior. Lacy lowers her to the floor so Eliza can lie down, still in the paramedic's arms. There is an instant attraction between Eliza and Lacy. Enamoured by her guardian angel, Eliza insists that she take Lacy out on a date to thank her. After their date, Lacy invites Eliza back to her place, thanking her for the amazing time that she had. Eliza tells Lacy that she had a great time too as she reclines on Lacy's bed. When Lacy joins her on the bed, they can barely keep their hands off of each other, seductively stroking each other's arms as Eliza tells her that she's been waiting all night to touch her. They kiss, a passionate and intense lip-lock. As their tongues intertwine, Lacy takes Eliza's shirt and bra off, turning her attention to the tall beauty's hard nipples.
